Bilio ("we", "our", "the app") is a word guessing game designed for children ages 7-12. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation for children (GDPR-K).

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

• No names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• No photos, videos, or audio recordings
• No location data
• No device identifiers for tracking purposes
• No login or account creation required

2. Data Stored on Device

The app stores minimal data locally on the device only:

• Language preference (e.g., English, Turkish)
• Sound setting (on/off)
• Ad-free purchase status (if applicable)

This data never leaves the device and is not transmitted to any server.

3. Advertising

Bilio may display ads through Google AdMob. All advertising is configured as follows:

• Ads are marked as child-directed (COPPA compliant)
• Only non-personalized ads are shown
• No behavioral tracking or profiling
• Maximum ad content rating: General Audiences (G)
• Interstitial ads have a minimum 5-minute interval between displays
• Ads can be permanently removed via in-app purchase

4. In-App Purchases

The app offers a single in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process any payment information directly. All purchases are handled by the respective platform's payment system and are protected by a parent gate (math problem) to prevent unauthorized purchases by children.

5. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob - for displaying non-personalized, child-safe advertisements. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store - for in-app purchase processing

No other third-party analytics, tracking, or social media services are integrated.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We do not require registration or login
• We do not enable children to make public content
• We do not use behavioral advertising
• Parent/guardian access to settings is protected by a parent gate
• If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain or delete. Local preferences stored on the device can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

Bilio - Gizlilik Politikasi

Bilio ("biz", "uygulama") 7-12 yas arasi cocuklar icin tasarlanmis bir kelime tahmin oyunudur. Cocuklarin gizliligini korumaya kararliyiz ve COPPA (Cocuklarin Cevrimici Gizliligini Koruma Yasasi) ile GDPR-K (Cocuklar icin Genel Veri Koruma Yonetmeligi) ile uyumluyuz.

1. Topladigimiz Bilgiler

Hicbir kisisel bilgi toplamiyoruz.

• Isim, e-posta adresi veya telefon numarasi toplanmaz
• Fotograf, video veya ses kaydi toplanmaz
• Konum verisi toplanmaz
• Izleme amacli cihaz tanimlayicisi kullanilmaz
• Giris yapma veya hesap olusturma gerekmez

2. Cihazda Saklanan Veriler

Uygulama sadece cihazda minimum veri saklar:

• Dil tercihi (ornegin Turkce, Ingilizce)
• Ses ayari (acik/kapali)
• Reklamsiz satin alma durumu (varsa)

Bu veriler cihazdan asla cikmaz ve hicbir sunucuya iletilmez.

3. Reklamlar

Bilio, Google AdMob araciligiyla reklam gosterebilir. Tum reklamlar su sekilde yapilandirilmistir:

• Reklamlar cocuklara yonelik olarak isaretlenmistir (COPPA uyumlu)
• Sadece kisisellestirmemis reklamlar gosterilir
• Davranissal izleme veya profilleme yapilmaz
• Maksimum reklam icerik derecesi: Genel Izleyici (G)
• Gecis reklamlari arasinda minimum 5 dakika bekleme suresi vardir
• Reklamlar uygulama ici satin alma ile kalici olarak kaldirabilir

4. Uygulama Ici Satin Almalar

Uygulama tek bir uygulama ici satin alma sunmaktadir ("Reklamlari Kaldir"). Satin almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play Store tarafindan yonetilir. Hicbir odeme bilgisini dogrudan islemiyoruz. Tum satin almalar, cocuklarin yetkisiz satin almalarini onlemek icin bir ebeveyn kapisi (matematik problemi) ile korunmaktadir.

5. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri

• Google AdMob - kisisellestirmemis, cocuk dostu reklamlar gostermek icin
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store - uygulama ici satin alma islemleri icin

Baska hicbir ucuncu taraf analiz, izleme veya sosyal medya hizmeti entegre edilmemistir.

6. Cocuk Gizliligi (COPPA ve GDPR-K)

• 13 yasindan kucuk cocuklardan bilerek kisisel bilgi toplamiyoruz
• Kayit veya giris gerektirmiyoruz
• Cocuklarin herkese acik icerik olusturmasina imkan vermiyoruz
• Davranissal reklamcilik kullanmiyoruz
• Ayarlara ebeveyn erisimi bir ebeveyn kapisi ile korunmaktadir

7. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Hicbir veri toplamadigimiz icin saklanacak veya silinecek bir sey yoktur. Cihazda saklanan yerel tercihler, uygulamayi kaldirarak temizlenebilir.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasini zaman zaman guncelleyebiliriz. Degisiklikler bu sayfada guncellenmis "Son guncelleme" tarihiyle yayinlanacaktir.

Bilio kann Werbung uber Google AdMob anzeigen:

• Werbung ist als kinderorientiert gekennzeichnet (COPPA-konform)
• Es werden nur nicht personalisierte Anzeigen geschaltet
• Kein Verhaltens-Tracking oder Profiling
• Maximale Inhaltsbewertung: Allgemeines Publikum (G)
• Zwischen Interstitial-Anzeigen liegen mindestens 5 Minuten
• Werbung kann durch In-App-Kauf dauerhaft entfernt werden

4. In-App-Kaufe

Die App bietet einen einzelnen In-App-Kauf ("Werbung entfernen"). Alle Kaufe werden durch ein Eltern-Gate (Mathe-Aufgabe) geschutzt.

Bilio es un juego de adivinanza de palabras disenado para ninos de 7 a 12 anos. Nos comprometemos a proteger la privacidad de los ninos y cumplimos con COPPA y GDPR-K.

1. Informacion que recopilamos

No recopilamos ninguna informacion personal.

• Sin nombres, direcciones de correo electronico ni numeros de telefono
• Sin fotos, videos ni grabaciones de audio
• Sin datos de ubicacion
• Sin identificadores de dispositivo para seguimiento
• No se requiere inicio de sesion ni creacion de cuenta

2. Datos almacenados en el dispositivo

La aplicacion almacena datos minimos localmente:

• Preferencia de idioma (por ejemplo, Espanol, Ingles)
• Configuracion de sonido (activado/desactivado)
• Estado de compra sin anuncios (si corresponde)

Estos datos nunca salen del dispositivo.

3. Publicidad

Bilio puede mostrar anuncios a traves de Google AdMob:

• Los anuncios estan marcados como dirigidos a ninos (compatible con COPPA)
• Solo se muestran anuncios no personalizados
• Sin seguimiento de comportamiento ni perfilado
• Clasificacion maxima de contenido: Publico general (G)
• Hay un minimo de 5 minutos entre anuncios intersticiales
• Los anuncios se pueden eliminar permanentemente mediante compra en la aplicacion

4. Compras dentro de la aplicacion

La aplicacion ofrece una unica compra ("Eliminar anuncios"). Todas las compras estan protegidas por una puerta para padres (problema matematico).
